Wow, it's been literally years since I've updated this journal. Waddup muh peeps?

My deviation postage has been just as dismal. Two years ago I enrolled at the Ringling College of Art and Design as a transfer sophomore in the Computer Animation department. Now, as we approach August, I look forward to my final year as an art school student... and also senior thesis.

At the moment I am finishing up the last week of a two-month internship with Sony Pictures Animation (story dept.). It's been a crazy couple of years, let me tell you!

It is my dream to actually start updating this place again with my personal work, rather than just stuff I work on at school. I haven't had the time to do anything deviation worthy, and my computer died last year so I haven't been scanning much. Hopefully this will all change, at least in May 2010, when I kiss art school goodbye.

Having been three hours from San Diego and just missed ComicCon I've been thinking about how much I miss conventions. I'd love to go to an anime con and get an Artist Alley table - Artist Alley was always my favorite part. And just sit back with a couple of friends, draw, sell art, and chill all weekend. Maybe once I get out of school. Maybe when I get a webcomic going (it will happen, dammit).

In the meantime, I near the end, and the beginning. So hopefully I'll have time to really *draw* in the near future.
